The airplanes were not co-operating with Michelle today. She should have landed in the Cities at 5:55pm, instead she landed closer to 8 this evening. It is now 9:15 and we are waiting for her to get here, so the quiet evening wasn't to be.
But we had a great day with Dakota and Connor. After supper this evening we walked to McDonald's for an ice cream cone. I'm not sure who enjoyed it more, Dakota or Connor? He was making sure he got his share!
I guess any day spent with the grandchildren is a great day.
It sounds like Dale and Barb had a good day. Sometimes the simple plans and unplanned stops make for the best days.
