e-mail change

Hello everyone, just want to inform one and all that I have changed my e-mail address due to problems with hotmail. My new address is: trappergabby@charter.net
I would perfer not to receive anything that I need to send to ten people or such because they do not get forwarded. Most just get deleted without reading. Thanks Dale

Ps. Barb and I would like to thank Ken and Mary for the anniversary card.

Weekend

Whew - what a weekend. It sure has been a beautiful one so far - almost 70 here in Coon Rapids with hardly a cloud in the sky. I'm loving it! It has been a great weekend to begin those outdoor chores - which Erick and I did. We spent a good 2-3 hours walking through the garden centers at both Lowes and Home Depot on Saturday. After finding many wonderful things and lots of idea books we brought home our purchases. Erick got started seeding and fertalizing the lawn while I worked on dishing out the red mulch in front of our house. After finishing we started working on the garden space. We have it almost ready and hopefully will get those seeds and plants in the weekend of the 15th. By nightfall we were ready to relax - which we did after firing up the new gas grill we purchased. I was so excited to get away from that charcoal one we had last year. This is so much easier. No ash and easier to clean.

This morning it was time to plant the flowers that were bought and start some pruning. Got to work cleaning out the dead stalks on the front yard bushes while Erick began taking care of the raspberry plants and cleaning up around them. I also got the tulips (white and purple) along with the wild flowers in. Since we worked so hard yesterday we only did small easy things today. When we were finished it was off to the 1/2 price books clearance sale (nothing over $3). Now it is off to find the couch and pick up a book - which one to choose?

Hope to see many of you next weekend!
Kim
