Brian and Sarah came to visit this weekend, but Shawn's family was not able to be in town. We already had plans to be in Blaine for a hockey weekend with Alex. So, the family brought the party to us! Everyone came and watched a little of Alex on the ice and then we went to a nice park nearby for some fun. It was nice to get together and let loose and have some fun. Here are a few pics from the picnic. I will try to add some more that I have as well, but those are on a different computer.

Looks like those few rain sprinkles didn't stop the fun! I'm glad Erick and I were able to get over to the ice arena for a short visit - sorry we couldn't make the picnic as worked called. Next time your so close (it was only 4 miles) we better make sure you get over to the house for a visit and I will take off work.

It was great to see you and Erick, Kim. I didn't realize you guys were so close, but if we get up in that area again we will be sure to get in touch with you. Maybe we could actually grill our hot dogs and brats then !!
