Saturday evening Ken and I went to The Nutcracker Ballet put on by the Rochester Symphony Orchestra & Chorale and the Allegro School of Dance here in Rochester. No pictures - photos not allowed, but the scenes were beautiful and the dancing was wonderful.
Sunday afternoon we went to the JFK Let It Shine Winter Show in Kasson. And there we could take pictures!!!! Jordyn danced so we took lots of photos of her.
She wore the orange/purple outfit the first couple dances she did.
Then she changed into the black outfit.
After that we had played to drive to Hayfield to watch a light and sound show that has been going on for the last few years, but it seemed to be getting quite foggy out, so we decided to just drive home. And since we come home early, we managed to get our tree decorated. So now we have the village up, the stockings up and now the tree, now it's just getting gifts wrapped and some cookies baked.

We attended Josie's Just for Kixs, the same day. Unfortunately my pictures did not turn out. But I must say it looks like Jordyn's teachers do a much better job than they do in Cresco! We were rather disappointed - the recital wasn't even an hour long. Seemed like more time switching girls than actual dance. Josie did a great job but we can not same the same for the drivers who parked there vehicles in the lot. The gal who sat ahead of us also thought people needed a lesson on parking.
