When Zach, Dakota and Connor stayed with us last week, we would spend a few minutes at bedtime doing foot rubs. A little lavender oil and lotion to help calm them down and go to sleep. Started doing with Connor while holding him, and the other two thought they needed foot rubs also.

hey! I didn't realize foot rubs were part of lodging! I'll need to remember that next time a winter storm drives us into town for a few days. ;-)
