Family,
As some of you know we have gotten together the last couple years at Forestville Park. The shelter is again reserved for our use. For any families or family members that would like to join us for Thanksgiving day, please come. We will again we doing a pot luck lunch - so bring some Thanksgiving type dish (or any good dish - that you like to make). The shelter is reserved and we have use of it from 10 to 4. There are paths for those of you that like to take walks or hikes, a fireplace in the outer shelter (if no one else is using it). The enclosed shelter has outlets - so crock pots, etc can be used and there is indoor plumbing.

Thanks for letting me know. As of right now, I don't think we have anything else going on. Should be fun. Will put on my calendar for that day.

Awesome!!!! I can't wait to see everyone. I'm hoping for a nice fall day so we can enjoy a hike without freezing.

We had so much fun last year - even though I lost my keys for a while! Unfortunately, with my schedule for JoAnn's and Erick's birthday the day before we will be unable to make it down.
Will be thinking of you all and hope to make a trip at Christmas!

is there a general meal plan or is it a just bring anything event?
It will be a Thanksgiving potluck, bring a dish of your choice. I plan on bringing some turkey and a dessert anyway. Have to see if I get anything else made. Mary told me Barb said she would probably make potatoes.
