If you're in the viewing area of SE MN - KAAL and maybe KTTC will be covering a news story - likely to air either at noon or evening news.
The newstory is in regards to the 2nd graders at Kasson-Mantorville Elementary School recognizing their classmate's dads and stepdads that will be deploying in a few short weeks!
This is happening Monday morning at 8:20 at our school. Zach is one of the three kids in 2nd grade that will be saying good-bye to his dad shortly. The kids are planning on singing 2-3 songs to these soldiers and I'm told, that Zach's class has put together a book for Spencer...I'm planning on being there to take photos also....I'll try to get those posted early next week.
I'm also told (by his teacher) that the kids are really excited about having media there! Their response was....we'll be seen ALL OVER THE WORLD!!!
More to come next week after this all happens....stay tuned!

Trampoline FUN
Uncle Tim trying it out......
Easter Fun
We had our Easter gathering Sat afternoon/evening at Michelle's. I don't know if Connor really knew what to do, but he had fun. When he got tired of coloring the egg, he tried to color his face. Then he just giggled and tried it again when we told him not to. Then it was just a game for him. So he really had some fun with all us.
Jordyn was really concentrating on her egg ........did you notice it matched her outfit.
Dakota did alot to her egg, then was thinking what else it needed.
Conrad finished an egg and held it up so Norrie could admire it. They all did more than one egg, but didn't think you wanted to see pictures of every egg being done. Zach came in and did one quick, but didn't get any pictures of him. Alex choose not to do any........he decided helping Ken and Spencer was more interesting.
Here's what all of our eggs looked like. After we finished, the children picked out their favorites, the rest was made into deviled eggs......which we all enjoyed.
Hope everyone has a Happy Easter......

Hi Everyone,
Just to let you know that all is going well with Gabby - there was no sign of cancer in his prostrate and he will be having a cardio ablasion to correct his heart beats.
Kim, Erick, Gabby and I went to the Twins Ballgame on Tuesday night. Had a great time. We took the Northstar commuter train and it took us right into the ball park. Here are a couple of pictures. Hope they all come through.

Sunday Sewing
And yes, they are smaller than the normal pillowcases. Ken and I have some small travel pillows (the only ones I use). We needed some new covers and decided to sew some. The others I made some so Zachary and Dakota could have one...since they have the same smaller pillows we have.
Dakota picked the princess one, in case you could not guess that!! I've been loving my new covers the last couple nights.
